The location for Malacca was peaceful and unbeatable, so close to b outlet, night market, free parking spots, nicely furnished rooms, cool gym at the rooftop, and communal areas. Ate at Ole Sayang, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The food was splendid - a great selection of options. The location was particularly good and the best, a 10-15 minute walk from an evocative and sublime ruin.

Peaceful location short walk to the centre of the town as well as major tourist attraction. Very friendly staff, early check-in and good bar. Savoury and delicious breakfast for vegetarians and with outstanding food available.

Unique and romantic accommodation with absolutely perfect setting just next door to Stadthuys, Jonker Walk & the river cruise, and communal areas. Very well decorated room with a seaview and really good experience. A wide array of options, outstanding food.

A bit dusty room.

The decoration of the hotel's general areas was absolutely stunning. The lines of light bulbs that lit up the courtyard created a magical and enchanting atmosphere. The lantern decorated floor corridors added a touch of traditional charm. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility very convenient. The staff was always available to assist me in carrying my bags and the whole hotel was designed with safety features such as fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. It made me feel secure and comfortable during my stay.

If I may suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more knowledgeable staff when it comes to taking care of the needs of older guests. The children working there could benefit from some additional training specifically related to catering to the senior population.

It was overall clean with incredibly helpful and very friendly staff during check-out. The location was peaceful and nice, to food places.

Friendly staff, trendy decor, clean rooms, convenient location near shopping malls. Comfortable lobby with clocks showing different time zones. Enjoyed the industrial design concept. No hangers in the room but overall a pleasant stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had amazing interiors and rustic vibes. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was simple and delicious.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our city break. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the doorman to the guest service and duty manager. They went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, from borrowing a head charger to giving us directions around the area. The warm and welcoming attitude of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

While our overall experience at the hotel was great, there were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. The soundproofing in the rooms was not the best, as we could hear conversations and a baby crying in the neighboring room.

Lots of outstanding food for meals. Location very close to historic city centre, reception/cafe, and the lovely restaurant.
